Friendly remimber 

Arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the classes.

Is it your first session? We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so we can give you a quick overview of the bikes and get you set up.

It’s going to be warm, so wear comfortable sportswear.

Hydration is crucial. Bring your water bottle and fill it up at the water station.

Leave your phone in the locker. You deserve this time for yourself!

We ride with cycling shoes (with clips). We use Shimano SPD style.

Shoes are available for rent at a cost of $2.00 and prepaid card. Don’t forget a pair of socks.

We have code lockers. Don’t worry about your phone and belongings.


Type of Class 

SPIN: Focused on endurance and strength.

SPIN EXPRESS: 35 MIN. Different style.

SPIN RYTHME: Pedal to the rhythm of the music with choreography.

SPIN BAND: A combination of rhythm spin followed by exercises with resistance bands to sculpt arms, shoulders, and legs. Bring your bands and mat!

SPIN CORE: A combination of 30 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes on the floor. Bring your mat!

HIIT WORKOUT: A 45-minute full-body workout with or without weights and resistance bands. Bring your mat; this is not spin!


Waitlist (W): Add yourself to the waitlist if the class is full. If a bike opens up, it is given to the first on the list. You will be automatically added to the class and receive a confirmation. Please keep an eye on your email!


** Cancellation policy: There is an 8 hours cancellation window. If you cancel after this period, it counts as a no-show, and you lose the value of the class. All series purchases are final.
